I've gathered these four recipes after an extensive search for the best and most delicious baking recipes (that actually work!). I tested these recipes multiple times and each time the outcome was successful. So, if you want to impress your friends and family, pick your favorite recipe and start!
For chocolate cookies
A. For the chocolate chips instead of using only white chocolate chips use half cup dark chocolate chips and half cup white chocolate chips.
B. For the granulated sugar use 1/3 cup instead of 1/2 otherwise it's too sweet.
C. Also, do not press any more chocolate chips after the cookies come out of the oven.
For a more dairy-free version use almond or oat milk.
For a less sugary version use 1/2 erythritol instead of granulated sugar but proceed with brown sugar per recipe.
2. For chocolate cheesecake:
A. For the crust use about 10- 12 chocolate graham crackers and 1/3 cup of butter.
B. For the sugar for the filling use 2/4 cups instead of 3/4.
3. For a vanilla chocolate chip cake: (dairy-free!)
A. I use olive oil instead of canola oil.
B. I don't do the frosting and instead, I add chocolate chips to the batter. Pour half of the batter into the pan throw 1/2 cup chocolate chips, pour the remaining batter and follow baking instructions.
4. For fudgy brownies:
A. I never use vegetable oil only olive oil.
B. Only use 1 cup of sugar.
C. Use 1/8 teaspoon salt.
